External memory interface 3rd question

Hi, Do I need pullup resistors on the data bus (D0-D15)? According to the datasheet an I/O-Pin can drive +/-4mA. I assume the answer is: No But I don't know if the behaviour of the data signals are changed when used as data bus ... Perhaps I should mention that my "16bit-memory" is capable of driving +/-50mA. I assume that I only would need pullups if my memory is LS or ALS technologie which drives only ~150µA high, right? Does anyone know if I need pullups or not? Thx in advance Thomas
