Programming MCB2130 with Philips flash utility.

Programming MCB2130 with Philips flash utility.

Is it required to cycle power on the MCB2130 board after flashing with
the Philips flash utility and before a second flash attempt. It always
seems to work the first time, but not the second without removing
power first. I don't understand why because pin P0.14 is being pulled
low correctly by DTR and P0.14 is pulled low correctly by RTS. Any
thoughts?

Thanks-
Tim

If you use the JTAG after flashing then you have to cycle the power -
at least that's what I've been experiencing.
If I don't use the JTAG then I have no problems with flashing several
times, without cycling the power.
