Lpc2000

can someone tell me how to download hex file under Linux environment to 
KEIL MCB2130 board for LPC2138. please help me.

Try lpc2k_pgm, I am working under Linux with LPC2294,
LPC2292, LP2114 processors and using standard ISP with
MAX3232, that like MCB2100 or MCB2114, may be LPC2138.

It working with GUI enviroment.

How you debug it?
Are you able to debug with gcc via a JTAG interface?

I made JTAG interface, but I dont't debug it via JTAG.

I debug software via UART using lpc2k_pgm and UART
terminal.
You can to debug via JTAG Wiggler interface using
odcremote and I think that arm-elf-gdb, or using
arm-elf-insight, but I never try it.
