AW: AW: [lpc2000] uc/OS II Problem
2005-09-21 by Huber Martin
Hi Franklin
is the solution of Michael Anburaj good for you? My way was this: I took
the port from J.J.Labrosse (he implemented his port with IAR Workbench
for the KEIL Board MBC2100) and modified it for my processor (LPC2292)
and for ADS V1.2 (ARM Developer Studio). The modification was slightly.
And, this is important, I took the Startup code (for the LPC processors)
from Keil and modified it also slightly for the ADS.
My first step was to run uC/OS-II on MBC2100 Board with ADS. On this
board there is a LPC2129. Since all LPC2xxx uses the same core, the port
will run on all LPC derivates. Now, I have a project with 5 Tasks, 1
Semaphore, 4 Interrupts and the code has a size of 150kB, and uC/OS-II
works without problem. My earlier project had 10 Tasks, 11 Semaphores,
20 Mailboxes, 3 Interrupts and a code size of 250kB. And here also
uc/OS-II works great.
I'm not sure I can help you. My experiences are only for ADS V1.2.
Best regards
Martin

Hi all,
I too worked on ucos-ii porting to 2138 (led on and led off as two
tasks) by Jean which didnt compiled well .I am glad to hear from Martin
tht it worked well . If your are kind enough to share procedure how you
compiled and ported the code to this group it will be a great help for
us .
Thanks a lot
