IAR and UCOS-ii

IAR and UCOS-ii

2005-10-13 by franco chalissery

Hi all,

I am stuck with a situation nw, I am trying to port ucos-ii to 2138
using IAR (v 4.5). The errors are because it is not taking the
identifiers like INT16U, INT8U in the (ucos_ii.h)etc but which is
already in the project file.

Its around 39 errors for all the (.c) files in project file.

Is the compiler version has something to do with it or rtos version is
the problem.

I find michaelanburaj's port for gcc compiler but nw i hav no choice
other than IAR nw.

If anyone done porting ucos-ii to 2138 or 2129 kindly help me out from
this...

regards
franklin

The ports page has the IAR ports ... so why are you trying
to port it ...

sry version is 4.30a not 4.5, dave porting wat i means is tht- it
should be having all the files isnt it ,the id u pointed is only
for the ports for specific chip in my humble opinion .so when
compiling it should be having the port for the specific chip it seems
and ucos-ii (i am using v2.5 as kernel), wer i am having 2138 chip on
keil 2130 board.

The porting for it should be done for the IAR, unless
you got the porting for IAR EWARM but used the core
codes which is for Keil, than there will be a problem,
the port available/found on the uC/OSii site is
without the core files, so beware.

Please, anyone has IAR Plugin for uC/OS2?
