Lpc2000

I was looking at some example code of Olimex, and they include a file 
iolpc2138.h can anyone provide me with the content of this file (and 
maybe also the iolpc2138.c file?)
Has anyone written a driver for a toshiba T6963 compatible graphical 
lcd? I can use an example code, I'm wondering how you can import a 
bitmap file into C-code and then import it into the T6963. Are there 
any tools available?
