LDO for LPC2106

LDO for LPC2106

2004-02-13 by Joseph Tapay

One of the first things we do on the layout of a microprocessor to install
bypass caps for the power supply.
LDO voltage regulators SA57000-33D and SA57017-18D are recommended by
Philips for LPC2106 power supply. They call them CAPFREE regulators.
Would these work OK with no caps on them. (any tantalum cap in 10u range
cost a dollar or so, it could be good to save that)
any experience?
