Yes, milter-greylist syntax is much more flexible and convenient than 
/etc/mail/access. For instance you can do netmasks in greylist.conf and 
you cannot do it in /etc/mail/access

That alone is worth it.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
