I have used few days custom code, ecode and message:

acl greylist default delay 15m code "421" ecode "4.3.2" msg "overload" 

And noticed, that I did get more spam than before. The message isn't 
reason, that's for sure (I had this hard coded before also) but what 
about the code and ecode. Default hard coded code is 451 and ecode 
4.7.1. Just changed back, but I', still wondering, have anyone noticed 
same situation or these codes isn't related to received spam amount and 
spammers are more and more using legal smtp servers?
