This is really it. He's thinking that his IP has been blacklisted in some 
RBL so he's trying again from another IP hoping that not all of them are 
blacklisted.

It's just the usual desperate criminals.

Only if the greylist daemon is inefficient. Efficient one should be able 
to withstand attack of any size.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
