If you are focusing on accepting email, I suggest you have a look at the UrlCheck feature I wrote that accepts mail from valid mail server. It made a huge improvement on my greylisting effort, a lot of email comes through without issues and delay, I get less complaints from the people around me, and I still have a low amount of spam coming through. Search the list on "Optimistic MX host whitelisting" or something along those lines. That should give you enough information to go on. Cheers, Seth
