Could you check that this behavior also occur with 4.0rc2? Just in case
the bug you see has already been fixed?

The upgrade path is really straightforward: your config file and
greylist database should keep working as they did in 3.0.x

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
