Milter-greylist

OOops - my greylist-milter died after a week of functioning.
It is the first time I saw it down.
I do not see anything strange in the logs - could it be the same reason?
My system:
libspf2-1.2.5 (no patches applied), RHEL-3, 32-bit, 2Gb RAM
