Outdated RBL in the shipped config

TQMcube is a dead DNSRBL but it is still referenced in the
greylist.conf shipped with milter-greylist (4.1.1 is the last I
checked). It should probably be removed (especially now that all IPs
are listed in it) so that new users don't use it and start getting
strange results.
