For example, your milter-greylist config, which presumably you've tried to make minimal to debug this already. And how you are sending mail. enable logging and see what it says. milter-greylist for me logs quite nicely in /var/log/maillog (netbsd) with an explanation of how each message is handled. explain why you think rejecting mail to unknown local recpipients is a bug. I'm not sure, but it's not obviously so.
