Not sure about this one: is there a sendmail macro telling us about the
may-be-forged status? If there is, you need to tell sendmail to make it
available to milter-greylist, and then you can have ACL based on it.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
