I had that problem too just yesterday, infact :-) If you had looked in the greylist.db at the line you get the complains about, you would probably find some strange email-address. I just deleted that line (in your case, line 387 and 442) and then milter-greylist started just fine... The address that milter-greylist had caught for me was something like this: Z[-1]@somedomain.com Re, /P -----Original Message----- From: Steven Stern [mailto:subscribed-lists@...] Sent: den 26 januari 2005 14:37 To: milter-greylist@yahoogroups.com Subject: [milter-greylist] errors from milter-greylist These errors popped up my maillog after a reboot this morning: Jan 26 07:29:52 ciscy milter-greylist: unknown token "[" line 387, skipping Jan 26 07:29:52 ciscy milter-greylist: unknown token "]" line 387, skipping Jan 26 07:29:52 ciscy milter-greylist: unknown token "@" line 387, skipping Jan 26 07:29:52 ciscy milter-greylist: error at line 387: syntax error Jan 26 07:29:52 ciscy milter-greylist: unknown token "[" line 442, skipping Jan 26 07:29:52 ciscy milter-greylist: unknown token "]" line 442, skipping Jan 26 07:29:52 ciscy milter-greylist: unknown token "@" line 442, skipping Jan 26 07:29:52 ciscy milter-greylist: error at line 442: syntax error After poking around a bit, I deleted the greylist.db file and that seems to have solved the problem. If that was it, what might have caused it to be corrupt or have an invalid value? -- Steve Yahoo! Groups Links
