Hi,

I tried posting about that yesterday, but it looks like it havent
gone through, so I'm posting again. Sorry if you get a duplicate:

Hi,

    I just re-compiled milter-greylist with spf support (libspf2).
The compilation seems to have worked ok, but the result is not what I
expected.

The nospf option is commented out, but even when I send a
spf-compliant message, the e-mail is greylisted.

here is what I get in the headers:

Delayed for 00:03:27 by milter-greylist-2.0.2 (server2
[xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]); Mon, 12 Dec 2005 23:41:52 -0500 (EST)

(I forced a sendmail -q after a few minutes).

I tried milter-greylist -r, but it doesn't give information about
SPF support compiled in:

milter-greylist-2.0.2 user@server4:/tmp/milter-greylist-2.0.2 Mon Dec
12 20:53:24 EST 2005.

How can I try debugging this? The verbose mode didn't help. I even
tried with 2 e-mail addresses.

Regards,

Nothing shoking: it does not display it.

Make sure a HAVE_SPF* is enabled in config.h
Add printf in spf.c to discover what goes wrong.

Ugo, deducing from your MS wiki entry you may have confused --with-libdir
and --with-libspf2. Unfortunately, the configure just gulps "everything",
configure --with-everything and it won't complain ;-)

<snip>
I found the problem: me. I didn't use the correct ./configure
options. It now works.
