I would like to have spf check enabled and autowhitelisting disabled. Because I need to add Receieved-SPF header even if it passes the SPF check. Is it

Yes, just have in a racl continue or racl whitelist the clauses:
spf pass addheader "something" 

autowhitelisting only happen if you use greylisting.
