While not a CV pedal until you apply voltage to it, I like the Yamaha FC-7
best of all the controller pedals I have tried.  It has a nice, long, smooth
throw.  It is adjustable for standing or seating positions.  And, it is all
rubberized so it is quiet as a mouse.  I have a couple I used in a dance
band gig for about 6 years and they never failed me.  It is so much better
than the Rolnd EV-5, they are not in the same category.  List price is $59 I
think.  I usually pay 40-something.
