Definately Type B or C.  If I want more than one pedal, I'll buy another
pedal interface, but it would take more than one more module to get the
functionality of B or C out of A.

OK, here are your choices

Type A

1U wide. 2 pedal INs, 2 CV OUTs. Each "channel" has range/scale pots. $99
kit, $139 assembled

Type B

1U wide. 1 pedal IN, 1 CV OUT, 1 GATE OUT, 1 MIX IN (mixes pedal CV with
this CV).
Control are Range, Scale, Gate threshold, and CV MIX attenuator. $109 kit,
$149 assembled.

Type C

As B, but has TRIG OUT instead of MIX In. LED for GATE activity. $109/$149.
