I calculate a Synthesizers.com cabinet to be 46.75 inches across (22 x
2.125).  26 spaces of MOTM modules is 45.5 inches (26 x 1.75), so the
actual gap would be 1.25 inches, not 1.5 inches.  A gap filler for this
would be nice.

The solid oak used for the .com rails should last several dozens of
thread cycles, long enough to determine if you need flat rails or not.
