You are thinking of window glaze.  Silicone and caulk are both
kitchen and bath type sealants.

I didn't think about that! I just assumed so I just checked with my meter
and I'm happy to say it's completely non-conductive!

That's good to know.  Nothing like having a conductive ring around that bath
tub.  Now, where did I put that floating hair dryer? <snicker>
