i like to split off a signal, run it into a 120 and 420, put the output of
the 120 into the 420, then split the output of the 420 so it goes to the
mixer and to one of its inputs. you can use the attenuators for whatever
inputs the 120 and 420 are going into to change the amount of crunch you
add.

(oh yeah, make sure the mode switch on the 120 is set to SQUARE and i
prefer the 420 in HP mode for distorting beats.)
