A couple of years ago, the cheapest place I found for Switchcraft 280s (which 
are only 2-conductor) types was at Camel Traders. Link below.  But just 
looking up now, their 3-conductor plugs look to be twice the price of the 
2-cond.  Maybe that's still a good price, I don't know.
