Is this "Divider" different from the proposed "VC Pulse Divider"??  Does it
have the same UI that Moe posted earlier??

Maybe I'll order one when "July-ish" rolls around.  I was playing with a
friends EML 200 and perhaps the 700 is more useful than I thought.  I've
also figured out a way to fit 8U more modules :)
