Thanks, Romeo! I've added that schematic to the collection, but I must say there are sure a lot of transistors to deal with! So far the best thing I've found for my needs is the PAiA programmable drum circuit. The touch plates are just simple pcb tabs that trigger a 4011 flip-flop. That's got to draw way less current than that army of 2sc series of transistors! This will be a fun addition to the modular I've only started on. Paul and Stooge Larry, have been quite gracious with their time. The group here(starting with Romeo) is a great source of information! I will offer as much as I can in terms of technical expertise just to be as useful as the rest of you. My specialties are guitar effects, electronics restorations, martini making and babbling incoherently. I've been an amateur electronics buff for over 20 years and just recently graduated with a bachelors in EE. I'm a late bloomer... The projects so far- VC rectification (wave-mangling), a tube-like distortion for Larry (I've got a plan Larry-write me at charlesposthelder@...)and a pretty case for my synth-pictures to follow. Thanks for listening! Chub
