I have sent out e-mail invoices to everyone that has chicken beak pointer
style knobs on order with me.  I am ordering the knobs Monday from Cosmo.
If you did not get an invoice from me, then you don't have knobs on order,
I am ordering extra so I will have some in stock for a few here and there.
But, if you want a significant quantity of these things and you have not yet
told me, time to do so now.
