An Idea I had concerning the module edges was to loosen two adjacent modules 
so the 15 thousandth gap or whatever is, is at its widest, and then get a 
white paint marker and run it down between the two panels.  The gap will keep 
the pen centered and youll end up with an even white (or whatever color you 
want) line on each module.  This type of paint is also probably easy to 
remove with some kind of wimpy solvent if the need arises.....

Someone try it out!!   Use the back of the panels for a test run...
