My cabinet is five levels. Row 3 is vertical. Row 2 is 15 degrees from vertical. Row 1 is 30 degrees from vertical. Row 4 is 7.5 degrees from vertical. Row 5 is 15 degrees from vertical. You must either slant the top of your cabinet to allow room for the circuit boards and brackets behind the top row, or accept the fact that the deeper modules may not fit in the top row. I'm very happy with my cabinet but some of my friends cannot reach the top row. (I'm 6'5")
