Pro-2000 Breakout Panel

Today I decided to mount my Kenton Pro-2000 in my MOTM cabinet. After
doing so I realized how cool it would be to have a MOTM style "breakout
panel" that would bring the 6 auxillary jacks to the front. This would make
patching 100 times easier. Has anyone done this, or know how?
