Has anyone done this, or know how? I'm using a 19" 1U patchbay for my Kenton Pro-2. I bought 25 cables with 1/8" jacks already mounted on one side (cheap surplus stuff, and avoiding the solder work on the tiny plugs), cut them to the right length, and soldered 1/4" jacks on the other side. These go into the *back* of the patchbay. As the patchbay is 19" wide, you can locate the V/Oct jacks near the VCOs, and the Controller jacks near the other stuff. As the patchbay is not filled with the Kenton CVs, I'm using the other jacks for Pedals, sequencer/arpeggiator clock distribution etc. JH.
