The second ribbon controller PDF is finished and available.  It has 
been sent to all those requesting the ribbon controller project 
report.

These two documents cover the construction of an 18" long ribbon 
element made from easily found materials.  This device is complete 
and performing very well.  I'll be making a 30" element next and 
putting both into a (hopefully cool looking) housing with fairly 
simple electronics.  These will consist of two DC amplifiers that 
will simply attenuate the voltage control output from the 5 vdc 
maximum.

I'm having too much fun and too little sleep!
