Much progress today! The HW platform can read the encoder and panel switches, write characters
into the LED display (as well as drive the individual LEDs for each key) AND...write the 2
channels of CV!

By Monday, the entire HW 'confidence test' will be finished and then, as we say, "It's just
software" to turn it into a uSeq module.

I'm placing emphasis on shipping out modules between now and Wed (when the MIDI-CV boards
arrive). Also, the 'surplus' rails that were ordered will all ship out by Monday.
