I finished up the shipping page for the NAMM cabinets.

This experience was what caused me to believe that shipping finished
cabinets was not what I want to do.  Hence the kit idea. If nothing else,
one can certainly appreciate the reason that it is so expensive to get
Roger's cabinets shipped.  BTW, thanks to Roger of Synthesizers.com for the
general idea of using the plywood on the inside of the box.  That is similar
to how he ships his. :)
