I emailed David Tatelbaum and he said they normally mount the rack
hardware 3/4 inch inside from the front edge. So in a 10 inch rack
box there will be 9 and 1/4 inch module room inside.

For my efforts, I will be putting in FracRak boxes and mounting on
the rear a MOTM 900 to power the Blacet and Paia modules. I will go
home tonight and measure how deep the 900 is so I can make it all
fit. The FrakRak boxes are about 7 and 1/4 inch deep.

The nice-racks web site lists the smallest depth size as 12 inches,
however David said he could make a 10 inch at the same price as a 12
inch. Also, his opinion is the the "Special Walnut" stain is
probably closest to match solid walnut as it appears on the Minimoog
Voyager as shown on the MoogMusic site, using that as my reference
for solid walnut color.

As the dust settles, I may ask David to make me an 11 inch depth box.

More to come.
