a note about placing cable order

If you use the Excel file (which I do appreciate if you can), please save in
the same older format (97) as the web page file is written.  I do not have
the newer 200 version and I cannot open them if you save them in the newer
versions.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
