On both Emu and Arp 2500 state variable filters, I've seen a second Q control. On the Emu, it's called "Final Q" or something like that. On the 2500 1047, it's called "Keyboard Percussion". At least in the Arp's case, it seems to be a way to introduce some ringing into the filter in response to a gate. Has anyone played with either of these?
