Prepayment has been our model all along, until this very last order. We were unhappy with the long lead times necessary to collect all the orders, then the money, then corral the metal, have it painted, corral the printer, have them printed, etc. We did something different this time to try to keep the lead times down. For the most part it has worked; with a few people it has not. I don't know how we will handle things next time, but I just want to say that the vast majority of customers have been great to work with.
