How about using an inline fuse on the speakers? I have a 1.5 amp fuse inline with my Urei 809's and they've definitely saved my ass several times. I'm pretty sure my hafler powered monitors have fuses too but I'm not sure if they would work the same way. - chris -----Original Message----- From: groovyshaman@... Early on, I blew the tweeter on one of my powered Yamaha monitors due to manually misadjusted MOTM levels - inexperience with these hot signals. I think a limiter would be very useful, and I would like to hear what others are using.
