In the current software definition (and being a definition, subject to changes),
there are some MIDI messages that the uSeq will respond to. Right now, they
mainly have to do with "transport controls", such as Start, Stop, Continue,
Change Program and MIDI Clock.

I suppose it would not be that difficult to pick some CC messages and assign
them to things like Tempo, Gate Time and Sequence Length.
