Re PSIM-1 panels: I am sorry if the web site price sheet left some doubt. What I meant was that the price may not include the "D" hole. Without any question, the panels will have the D-sub 9 hole cut including the two small screw holes on each side for perfect alignment. The PCB mounts from this connector, so I really see no option. I am contracting this service out separately from the metal shop for more personal attention so that we are 100% certain that they are right. So, both versions of the PSIM panel will have the d-sub 9 connector cut out perfectly whether you do or don;t order drilling service from us. I will be adding $1.50 to the price of the panel for that service (my cost). Money will be going to a well known and respected MOTM listmember. :) Paul, if you really want me to, I can leave your d-sub 9 hole off of your panel. But, you will be on your own for mechanical PCB mounting issues. Brice reports there is absolutely no place on the PCB to drill holes for mounting. Re ALL panels: Panel order time is officially now closed (I do have a couple of custom products that are still waiting for quotes. I hope to get those to you guys tonight. I will make any adjustments because of my mistakes. The "last call" brought a flurry of last minute activity which has quite frankly overwhelmed me just a bit. This weekend I will get the spreadsheet up-to-date, and I will get all the metal on order Monday. I will start sending out invoices early this coming week. When you get your invoice, please check carefully for mistakes. I make them now and then. I will have extra metal on order in case I overlooked something we can fix it when you get your invoice. Last piece of good news: I will not be updating the website, but when you get your invoices, you will notice some of the prices dropped a little due to quantity increases with the last minute orders. Thanks Larry Hendry ----- Original Message ----- From: Sikorsky <vulture.squadron@...> hello there, having just checked on the website - psims now 'may not' include dsub cut out larry, how is this looking..? i ask because if i had to cut my own, i'd much prefer to ditch the dsub format and wire in a binder din with a circular cut out therefore, i'd prefer not to have a dsub shaped screenprint where my nice neat circular hole would be does this make sense..? am i fretting over nothing..? cheers paul b sheffield / uk > PSIM-1 panel voters, the votes for panels 3 and 7 were pretty well split. > The quantity is sufficient to just do them both and still get the a nice > price.
