Hi All! I built Mark Media's DV/DT comparator-to-trigger circuit and fell in love with it! Check out http://www.wiseguysynth.com/larry/users/mark1/trigger.htm for the description and schematic. This will provide a trigger from nearly any kind of CV. Exempli gratis - patch the sine out of the '320 to the trigger circuit. Send the throughput to a '300 and the trigger output to an EG. The EG will now send a CV to the VCF, VCA, etc., every time the LFO output changes. Instead of just changing pitch, the synth produces a note. I found this so useful that I made a dual version (using a TL074, 556, and double the other parts) and put two of these pcb's into a module. There are three jacks per - in, through, and out - and my module has 12 jacks. No controls are needed. I'll share my pcb layout with anyone who asks. Those who know me will understand that this is a hand layout on a single-side copperclad board. As I've just finished laying out the resist on the second pcb, I'll scan the foil side before etching it tonight. Those with photo pcb capability can make a transparency from this. I'll draw up a parts layout as well. Happy constructing! Chub ps - the Supercontroller layout is finished and now being inspected for errors. When my grandson let's me work, that is... Chub
