I think this is a fantastic idea!  Even if the price goes up *again* (if
only a modest increase) this would be a fine tradeoff for a 2-week (!!)
turnaround.

Ah heck Mike, what are you trying to do, ruin my comfort time?? :)  Lord
knows I need it!  Besides, building the kit is half the fun, and it gives
more familiarity with the inner-workings.  Please Paul, if you take this
prepop idea to heart, please continue to offer the full kit (or at least
mostly unassembled).
