My 18U wide by 3 row high cabinet, made from 3/4 inch birch plywood, is somewhere in the 70-90 pound range fully loaded with modules. I think an 18U by 4 row cabinet is pushing the extremes of what one person could move without risking back injury. Just something to consider...
