First off, the UEG from encore: is it cool? I had such a pleasant experience buying the 
shifter I was gonna give it a go.

Secondly, anyone have too many 300's and want to sell one (in good working condition)? 
I'll buy it off you list + $10. I need it soon and the one I order is taking a while. Contact me
