MOTM

Hi,

 Can someone help me with this.  I had been using a quality strobe 
tuner to adjust the trim pot and it just never seemed to lock in 
anywhere close to the 1v/oct.  It was almost like microtuning when it 
tried to match it up with my 310(that track perfectly).  A C above 
the one I tuned it to would have all the beating next to the one was 
correct.  Same with the ones below.  I did take my time and follow 
directions too.

 Is there some resistor(s) or cap value that I should check over?  I 
did do a board check and it looked fine.  Maybe an orange band looks 
like a red one.
