I'd say the $75 is spoken for. Just got the first sounds out of the new MOTM synth which, in terribly silly modular fashion, I have named "The Nostromo" (The Nostromo may be a distant relative of Darmok and I am sure that The Nostromo would refuse to talk to FrankenSynth or the Synth of Doom at dinner parties). Ever been all excited aboot your new toy only to have family members rain on your parade? The concept of "tuning" a VCO eludes them (the concept of a "multi-turn pot, well forget aboot it), while they are quite happy to tune their guitars and pianos as required. Silly gooses. Try to imagine the first patches I have made with just a 300, a 101 and an 800. Oh, and a MIDI keyboard plugged into a Kenton ProSolo Mark II. Some wicked frequency sweeps, man. And confused looks from family members when the keyboard doesn't change the pitch quite the way they anticipated. :-) PLL, BFG
