I have contacted by web hosting company. They have an issue on my server (of course!) with the SSL certificate "pointing to" any subdirectories on my site. Well, the shopping cart is in a subdirectory :( So, I have added notation to the front page of the cart (in dark green). It basically says that if you get the pop-up that says something like "The name of the SSL certificate is invalid or does not match" *PLEASE* just hit OK. The SSL encryption **IS** active on the site, your data **IS** secure. If you are using Explorer, you will see the yellow lock symbol in the lower right corner of the browser frame. If you mouse-over, you will see the SSL 128-bit is ON. I might have a short-term fix by installing a 30-day free, private SSL certificate. Hopefully the ISP will correct the issue so I don't have to fork over $100 for my own certificate. I hate computers. Paul S.
