Looks like you want Mouser Part Number 561-D823B or 561-D862B. Both 
are black plastic washers for #8 machine screws. Only difference is 
the 862 is thicker. The 832 is a standard stock item.

I was wondering too.  But I also wanted to add, that anytime you buy a bag
of rack screws (for mounting stuff into 19" racks), you also get black
nylon/plastic washers.  Should be able to get those in any music store.
